Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and integrate Operations and Client Success into a unified, scalable function
- Build repeatable systems, workflows, and performance dashboards to support rapid growth
- Drive client retention, renewals, and measurable revenue recovery outcomes
- Optimize operational efficiency to reduce long-term headcount dependency
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CRO, and executive leadership
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management operations and healthcare claim dispute workflows.
- 10+ years' Experience in healthcare services or healthcare technology environments.
- Exposure to health systems and large physician group client engagement.
- Working Knowledge of process optimization and data-driven operational management.
- BS in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
Compensation $240k-$240k
