Warehouse Focused

• Load and Unload carrier and/or delivery vehicles of product for inventory or sale
• Check-in/out product deliveries for accuracy against pick tickets or invoices
• Move and stack products into inventory identified location
• Pick and stack items from inventory using pick tickets or invoices to prepare for sale/delivery/shipment
• Understanding of inventory and location for both receiving and shipping
• Build/Maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Always think and communicate innovative ideas or ways to improve workflow and productivity (Efficiencies and Effectiveness)

Delivery Focused

• Pick, stack, and sort products for sale to retailer/wholesale customers
• Check against pull tickets and invoice for accuracy before loading
• Load products into truck in organized safe/secure manner efficient/effective delivery
• Check and maintain a delivery vehicle for safety and organize your route for delivery
• Deliver and unload products for sale at retail/wholesale locations
• Checking delivered products against invoice with the customer before leaving the premise
• Maintain all paperwork and communicate any inaccuracies with the manager
• Secure payments and money handling in a safe and secure manner
• Build/Maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Always think and communicate new ideas or ways to improve workflow and productivity (Efficiencies and Effectiveness)

Requirements

• High School degree or GED
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift, stack, move products over 30 pounds
• Understanding of pick ticket and invoicing procedures
• Considerable initiative in daily work schedules
• Strong customer service skills with internal and external customers
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel, ordering, and budgeting tools
• Clean driving record
