Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift | $18.50/hr + OT | Plainfield, IN

Integrity Trade Services is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for our client in Plainfield, IN on 2nd shift. This is a temp-to-hire position offering overtime and opportunities for advancement.

Shift: 2nd Shift - 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (Monday-Friday, OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour + Overtime

Job Purpose:
Accurately perform storing, shipping, and receiving functions in a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Essential Duties:

• Pick, receive, and store products to meet accuracy and productivity goals.
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Safely operate forklifts and product-handling equipment for loading/unloading freight.
• Complete labeling, sorting, and repacking of products as necessary.
• Perform inventory procedures with precision and honesty.
• Assist with pallet and cargo preparation for shipment.
• Clean and maintain the facility/work area while following all safety regulations.
• Work overtime as needed to meet department and production goals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners a plus.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
