Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Pontoon Beach, IL 62040
Assignment Length: 90 days (NOT temp to hire, but potential for conversion after 3months)
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr on W2

Training Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 5:30 to start (1 week training but will vary depending on how quick they learn)
• AFTER TRAINING COMPLETION SCHEDULE WILL CHANGE TO Sunday through Thursday so they will have Friday/Saturday off. Start time will be at 3:00 PM until work is complete depending on

volume of work, potential for overtime.

Location Details: 100% ONSITE IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT

Job Description:

PREFERRED MINUMUM 1 YEAR FORKLIFT (STANDUP) EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE DEMONSTRATED IN WORK HISTORY:
This position is a member of the location warehouse team responsible for order pulling, inbound receiving, housekeeping and other warehouse tasks.

This role is also responsible for working closely with the team and supervisor to ensure all assigned tasks are done timely and accurately.

The role requires excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, and consistent timely follow up.
50% order selecting, put away and scanning; 10%- Other warehouse tasks.

Keen sense of safety and to abide by all safety rules and regulations. Equipment operating (reach truck [certified] and pallet Jack);

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

*Candidate required to provide their own steel toe shoes.

Dress code is jeans (no rips, tears, etc.) and hoodless sweatshirt, recommended.

Client will provide necessary cold weather gear (coat/hat/gloves)

Requirements:
1. Standup forklift experience PREFERRED
2. Ability to lift up to 100lbs unassisted
3. Must be able to work in a cold environment CONSISTENTLY - 32/0 degrees
4. Minimum HS education or equivalent
5. Candidates motivated for long term, continued employment HIGHLY PREFERRED
