Warehouse Associate

A Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Order fulfillment: Picking, packing, and scanning items for shipment.

Inventory control: Receiving, inspecting, and stocking merchandise while updating records.

Logistics & shipping: Loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipping labels.

Maintenance & safety: Cleaning the warehouse, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs regularly.

Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Warehouse environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.

May require working weekends, holidays, and overtime.

3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or forklift experience is often preferred.

Pick/pack experience helpful.

WMS systems knowledge helpful.

Compensation: This is a fulltime role with a rate of $18.00/hourly.
