Warehouse Associate – Aerospace Distribution

Location: Chatsworth, CA Pay: $18.50/hour (with potential for increase based on experience) Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Our client, a trusted aerospace distribution company, is growing and looking for a detail‑oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join their operations team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment supporting the aerospace industry while developing valuable logistics and inventory management skills.

What You'll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and documentation
  • Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
  • Pick, pack, kit, and ship materials in compliance with company procedures and quality standards
  • Assemble customer kits and package products securely for shipment
  • Prepare shipping documentation, process BOLs, and coordinate with freight carriers
  • Use shipping portals (FedEx, UPS) and ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
What We're Looking For
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience (distribution or manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience with freight shipping and Bills of Lading (BOL)
  • Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, shipping portals, ERP systems, and basic data entry
  • Knowledge of inventory management and material handling practices
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and work safely in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability
