Now hiring Warehouse Associate Location: Dothan, AL Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Sometimes longer depending on truck loads) Warehouse Associates Wanted: Stack Fast. Yeah, it's all here. The search ends now. No Shortcuts. Here's What It Takes. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse unloading with forklift, picker, and squeeze experience. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds for 50% of the workday. Must also bend, crawl, walk, and stand for extended periods (20% of the workday). Skills: Strong communication skills (phone and email), basic writing and computer skills, teamwork mindset, and dependable transportation. Additional Requirements: Must be safety-focused, willing to work overtime if needed, and have a great attitude. Key Responsibilities Unloading and reloading tires from trucks and shipping containers. Using forklifts, pickers, and squeeze equipment to manage inventory. Retrieving products from high places using pickers (must not have a fear of heights). Communicating effectively via phone and email to support warehouse operations. Learning, reading, and understanding company forms and processes.
