SUMMARY : The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all customer orders filled. The right candidate will operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, barcode scanner, and wrapper machine to build and send appropriate orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibility for the organization and inventory accuracy for the warehouse.
  • Pulling orders, palletizing, shrink wrapping, loading trucks.
  • Delivering filters to customers with 20' box truck (Non-CDL)
  • Unloading palletized and loose filters from inbound vendors and putting stock away
  • Performs Filter Service Installation, by removing and discarding dirty filters and installing new filters in a commercial application.
  • Fabrication of custom filters and filter pads. Must be comfortable using a band saw
  • Using Camfil's MRP system to adjust Inventory and ship and receive.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Availability for daily/weekly overtime.
  • Cross-train in other positions within the facility based on business needs.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of stable work history
  • Must be able to climb ladders and use basic hand tools
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean MRV
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Computer skills a plus
  • Reliability a must
  • Must be comfortable using a band saw
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for continuous periods throughout the day
  • The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Must be able to use both hands in a repetitive motion

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
