Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for performing warehouse and inventory control duties in a safe, efficient and accurate manner. This position will have to produce computer records, reports, bills as required.

Responsibilities
  • Pull orders from stock; Conduct physical product inventories
  • Receive and inbound product/unload inbound product
  • Ship outbound product/load outbound product
  • Complete and maintain paperwork and records as required
  • Input data into computer system and pull off bills, reports, other
  • Maintain food safety and quality of deliveries
  • Assist with sanitation and housekeeping of the facility
  • Create all transfer orders
  • Ensures trucks with product or material are both offloaded and loaded properly
  • Ensures all shipments are shipped out both accurately and timely
  • Conduct End of Month physical inventory
  • Other duties assigned by management
Experience
  • Pallet Jack experience (Electric and Manual)
  • Ability to maintain records
  • Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Physical Demands
  • Under 1/3 Standing time
  • Walk, Climb or balance
  • Stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl
  • Taste or smell
  • 1/3 to 2/3 Use hands to finger/handle/feel, Reach with hands and arms
  • Over 2/3: Sit, See, Talk or hear
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
Work Environment
  • Work is performed outdoors and inside a vehicle
  • Regular exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
  • This position follows a standard weekly schedule, however, weekend work may be required based on business needs.
