Warehouse Clerk

Under the supervision of the lead and supervisor, the Warehouse Clerk will ensure that all inventory is properly handled, labelled, packaged and accounted for. Please note roles and responsibilities are subject to change with or without advanced notice.

Major duties and requirements include:

  • Unload deliveries and stage for receiving inspection or put-away
  • Stock inventory onto proper shelf locations
  • Practice FIFO inventory issuance
  • Pick inventory for transfer to production or shipment to customers or vendors
  • Perform inventory cycle counts
  • Research missing inventory/materials and report any discrepancies
  • Assist warehouse, shipping and receiving personnel with day-to-day activities as needed
  • Perform data entry as required

Experience and/or education requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred, previous experience supporting a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Must be familiar with computer systems including MS Office and data base systems (FileMaker Pro and D365 preferred)
  • Must be able to communicate clearly (written and verbally) in English
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with all levels of the company
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift
  • Maintain work areas in neat, orderly and safe manner
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay rate: $18.00-$22.00 per hour DOE

Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday
