We are seeking a responsible, self-driven individual to join our company. This person will be motivated to assist in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, storing and distributing materials, fulfilling work orders and kitting, ensuring inventory accuracy, and the timeliness of all job functions. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D) required
  • Inventory control and material handling experience preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing warehouse environment preferred
  • Must be able to lift boxes more than 50 lbs
  • Ability to navigate a ladder
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with associates and customers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to adapt well to changes, delays, and unexpected events
  • Exercise good judgment, keeping in mind company policies and procedures
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Material handling
  • Order fulfillment
  • Performing routine cycle counts and adjusting inventory when needed
  • Ensuring accuracy of inventory, completing part transfers, stocking inventory
  • Picking and kitting for work orders and PCB assembly
  • Help maintain the physical condition of the warehouse including breaking down boxes, carrying out trash, and keep the floors and work stations clean
  • Must be able to lift boxes more than 50 lbs
  • Follows all workplace safety guidelines
  • Other assigned duties, responsibilities, and special projects as needed
