Position Title: Warehouse Packer / Inspector

Wage: $15.00 - $16.00/hour

Warehouse Packer / Inspector Responsibilities:
- Manually inspect plastic parts for defects such as short shots, discoloration, and flash, and report issues to the team leader
- Operate presses by retrieving parts from conveyors or gates, supporting daily production operations
- Test and inspect parts in accordance with control plans, work instructions, and procedures
- Follow packaging instructions to package parts accurately by weight or piece requirements, applying proper labels on boxes
- Document daily production metrics, including scrap quantities and reasons
- Assist with tasks such as trimming flash, breaking gates, packing, sorting, and handling inserts and runners
- Support other production presses and shift needs as assigned by the Shift Leader
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, ensuring adherence to safety policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and attend shift huddles and plant meetings

Requirements for Warehouse Packer / Inspector:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. repeatedly
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
