Position Description

WE'RE HIRING: PROCESSOR (Warehouse Ops)

Greenfield, IN (2locations - short drive between)

At Monolith Brands, we don't do boring and this role isn'teither.

We need someone who can work hard, move fast, and notflinch at the smell of bully sticks (yep... we said it).

What you're walking into:

• Turning bulk pet products into packaged goods
• Bagging, assembling, and getting orders out the door
• Using a pallet jack like you know what you're doing
• Moving between two warehouse spots (4.6 miles apart)

Real talk - you'll need:

• To lift 50 lbs regularly (on your own)
• Your own reliable ride (this isn't optional)
• To be okay with strong smells... like, all day
• A solid work ethic (we move quick and expect the same)
