Position Summary

The Warehouse Receiver plays a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring all incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, and recorded. You'll be on the front lines of our supply chain — keeping things moving and our shelves stocked with precision.

Primary Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks safely using a forklift
• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues to management
• Accurately enter received goods into our inventory management system
• Label received goods and organize them into proper storage locations
• Collaborate with warehouse teammates — forklift operators, pickers, and packers — to keep operations running smoothly
• Process returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect items
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the receiving and storage areas

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Computer proficiency for inventory systems
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks and forklifts)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as needed
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• English proficiency required

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, and climbing
• Active warehouse environment with forklifts, pallet jacks, and racking
• Ability to stand or walk for an entire 8-hour shift
• Non-climate controlled facility — temperatures vary seasonally
