Water Truck Driver
Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Water Truck Driver based out of our Archbald Quarry in our East Region. This role is responsible for driving a water truck on site to control dust and various other duties to create a safe work environment.
Day to Day
- Must be qualified to work in a safety sensitive environment.
- Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.
- Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
- Perform Labor and other duties or responsibilities as assigned
- Various work duties as needed such as shoveling rocks
About You
- 6 months Water Truck or Truck driving experience
- Experience with water pumps (any and all) preferred
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Use of common sense.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
- Positive, Team-based attitude
- The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
- The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
Working Conditions
While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
