In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare partners—helping create a positive and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

The Opportunity

• Position: Part-time (weekends)
• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | PM shift
• Location: Walnut Creek, CA
• Pay: $19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Create a great first impression: Greet visitors, residents, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage communications: Operate a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
• Ensure safety protocols: Support visitor check-in procedures to help maintain a secure environment.
• Provide administrative support: Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and mail distribution.
• Deliver excellent service: Answer questions and guide visitors throughout the facility as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Dependable and able to commit to a weekend schedule
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Word) and comfort with multi-line phone systems
