Responsibilities

• Contact potential patients and clients via phone, email, and chat
• Introduce ADF Medical services and schedule consultations or appointments
• Follow up with leads who have expressed interest
• Maintain and update appointment schedules in our system
• Meet daily and weekly appointment setting targets
• Deliver a warm, professional, and helpful experience on every interaction
• Report daily activity and results to the team leader
